New Mexico one of the last states to get webcasting

nmgov.tv — New Mexico, one of the last states to have webcasting for its legislature. It took a revolt from a few legislators webcasting from their committees via www.nmgov.tv and the voice of the people to convince the remainder of the legislators to start regular webcasting from the floor. The Senate has agreed to video webcasting the house only has audio. Howard DeLaCruz-Bancroft worked with Rep. Janice Arnold-Jones, Rep. Dennis Kintigh & Rep. Candy Spence Ezzell to webcast their committe hearings during this year 2009 legislative session.
